it is a very painful week but i still believe in hope, i want to !!!

Was just thinking and talking about Death Penalty last week to a friend- and how crazy it is that in 2006, supposed advanced and civilized states still sanction electrocuting and poisoning people (sometimes innocent people) to death. What made me think of it was reading a bit about the French Revolution- man was it ever BARBARIC! Tragic brutal executions galore- blood-thirsty crowds taunting and abusing the condemned - in many cases whole families sadistically forced to watch each loved one have their heads taken off one by one by the guillotine - then celebrations with heads marched around town on pikes. Hopefully there's a far better place they went to after life here.
So some peoples have evolved a bit away from these behaviors- and the hope is that we last long enough to evolve all the way, and be in line with your mindset- making this place a far better place. I don't know...
Beautiful - though blue face!- (have you ever seen Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory? hahaha-the 1970's movie is best).
