Stoning

Execution by Stoning is a legal sentence for certain criminal activities but NOT only (it's used too for adultery, homosexuality and so one) of the Islamic countries governed by Sharia law, as:

Nigeria,
Saudi Arabia (beheading too)
Iran - the Iranian judiciary has officially placed a moratorium on stoning, although 2 sentences by stoning were carried out and there is more scheduled ..... (they use above all Hanging as method of execution)
Sudan, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Iraqi Kurdistan, Somalia and Indonesia.
in general people are buried till the waist or breast, waiting for the stones .....
