Avózinhos

avô Hanns
grandpa Hanns, father’s dad (Bavaria, 1890 - 1950)

Grandpa Hanns had the most beautiful blue eyes with all feelings

of the sea and was an extraordinary man, like Mom always said.
he had a magical pact with nature, everything he touched grew up smiling in his hands and he played violin too ....

from him, i kept this fascination by nature, loving animals, collecting flowers …. reading poems writing tender messages and be a romantic dreamer, even if i am a walking disaster for business.

avó Maria Emília
grandma Maria Emília, father’s mom (1891 - 1951)

Grandma Emília was a very delicate and noble woman,

she played piano and with grandpa Hanns they played wonderful duets.
she had big talks with the spirits and loved to take her 5 o'clock tea

in beautiful porcelain cups with little pink roses.

from her i kept my belief everyone gone lives in a parallel world to ours.

i never knew them, they are gone before i was born.
and, till today, my soul aches for meeting you, Grandpa.
Ich liebe Dich so sehr, Opa !!!!

I love you, Avós !!!
