Execution by Stoning is a legal sentence for certain criminal activities but NOT only (it's used too for adultery, homosexuality and so one) of Islamic Countries governed by the Sharia law, as:

Nigeria, Saudi Arabia (beheading too)
Sudan, Islamic Republic of Afghanistan, Pakistan, United Arab Emirates, Somalia, Iraqi Kurdistan and Indonesia.
