Rick Perry: Let Max Soffar, an innocent man, die at home

Let an Innocent Man Spend His Last Days at Home 
Max Soffar, an innocent man on death row in Texas, has only weeks to live, due to liver cancer. There's not enough time for Max to appeal his case. 
Call on Texas Governor Perry to show mercy and grant Max clemency so he can spend his remaining time at home.
