no cat chip, period !!!!!

1984 has arrived to portugal ... 4 cats …
cats will be obliged by law to use a microchip,
if the progect-law goes ahead ...
(domestic, shelters & stores ones).

► from today on, cats born since this day have 3 months to use a chip, all the other ones till 2021 …
otherwise the fine can be biiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiig 
and they can be taken from the "owners" !!!!!

asking to ourselves, if/when they are adopted,
are they chipped once again & again ???
